9 weeks

end of the 9 weeks is here....whew!!! the went by fast.

thanks to all of those that brought water bottle caps, we received WAY MORE than was needed.  Funny what students will do when competition is thrown out there and of course, for a pizza.

We are in need of dry erase markers, if anyone can donate some that would be great.

Please push your children to do their 15 minutes of flash cards daily...it would really help.

Let's get the 2nd nine weeks started on a good note.  Homework is still 4 nights a week...(Mon - Wed).

Let them teach you

ask your student to teach you what they learned in class, great for reviewing, and makes them accountable. Have them teach you the "jersey rule".
And don't forget, they are suppose to be flashcards for 15 min. every night

math 7 updates

all is well...we are almost done +,-,x, / positive and negative rational numbers.....ask your child to teach you what we have learned in class. (it's a great way for your child to review their work).

We are collecting water bottle caps for a science project and we will use the extras for math counters (manipulative's we use to solve problems)

You are under NO obligation, but we could use dry erase expo markers in our class....we can never have enough, so if you can, send them with your student.  Thank you so much.

Great start to the year

We are in full swing in Math 7.....thank all of you that have kept your students on task.  Most are completing their HW on time, those that haven't have already received a text or call from their child in class....thanks for your patience.   All students are to be doing 15 min of flashcards or multiply chart work a day....Your child's success can't be accomplished with your support at home, thanks for all you do....Should you have any questions, feel free to email or call.
