GREAT START

The 7th grade math classes are off to a great start.  This group of children are respectful and courteous, a direct relation to their upbringing. The first week was a "get to know" and i think i learned more from them than they did from me.  We start "organized" math Thursday 9/3 so expect daily M - Th homework.  Thanks for your support, and feel free to contact me whenever you have any questions.

NEW YEAR 2015-2016

Well here we are, the start of another school year.  I very excited about the coming school year.  I have heard FANTASTIC things about this 7th grade class.  Hope to see you at "Meet the Teacher" night August 19th for 3pm to 7pm.

STAAR is around the corner

We are a week from the Math STAAR test.  Students are preparing themselves.  Please check that they are doing their daily homework.  This week their homework consist of a variety of STAAR-like questions.  We are looking forward to them being successful.  

Go Math Night

We have a few cool ideas for flex week.  Looking forward to the students learning in a different environment.

Notice to parents of those not attending flex:  Please encourage your student to take some time to a little math.  We gave them ideas such as, review old homeworks, downloading flash card apps, doing multiply/divide fact families, ect.
